Home to more than 160,000 residents, this city boasts to be one of the fastest growing and most diverse communities in the United States. When you are sick, you call your doctor and make an appointment. Your office visit is covered by your health insurance, and you are taken care of by your physician. But, what if you are sick and can't get to the doctor?
As the elderly population grows, community services for older citizens are added but often not as fast as the needs of the elderly.

In many instances, group homes have been looked down upon as a place for "those kind of kids."
The stigma attached to the children and teens in these homes/ foster care are that most of
them are bad and rejects of our society.
